ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Taught by the Woman Who Built One.
Shavon Parker is the founder of Elite Infusion IV Hydration a luxury concierge IV hydration company based in Philadelphia and the architect of the Concept2Creation curriculum.
She stepped in, learned the IV hydration industry and built her business from the ground up. Hiring the nurses, vetting the suppliers, establishing the medical director relationship, structuring the compliance binder, setting the pricing, running the operations, and serving the clients.
She has also operated Elite Infusion across multiple business models beginning as a concierge mobile service, scaling into a brick-and-mortar location, and ultimately returning to a luxury concierge model which means she can speak from real experience to nurses pursuing any path forward, whether mobile or fixed-location. Every module taught inside Concept2Creation is rooted in what she has personally built, tested, and refined inside her own company.
Her work in this industry extends well beyond her own brand. Shavon has been brought in by investors and emerging business owners to build the structure behind their IV hydration companies from the inside out establishing onboarding systems, operational frameworks, compliance protocols, and the foundational infrastructure required to legally and sustainably run.
She has audited existing businesses, identified the gaps, and rebuilt the systems other founders relied on her to design.
