You built the business. Now take your seat at The Head Of The Table.
A five-week implementation program for the operator who already launched and is ready to stop running the kitchen and start running the business.

You built a business. So why do you still feel like an employee in it?
You did the hard part. You opened the doors. You figured out the thing most people only talk about doing.
But now you're the owner, the operator, the front desk, the nurse, the marketer, and the one answering texts at nine at night. You're not stuck because you don't know what you're doing — you're stuck because it all still runs through you. The business can't breathe without you in the room.
That's not a you problem. That's a structure problem. And structure is fixable.

Here's the truth nobody told you.
You built a table... However you're standing in the kitchen serving everybody else, making sure everyone eats but you.Head of the table means you finally sit down. You take the seat where the business feeds you, where other people do the work, where you're providing instead of just producing. Owner to operator, and back to owner that's the whole shift. And once you're seated, you don't hoard the plate. You make room for others to eat too. But first, you take your seat.

What Head of the Table actually is.
It's not a course. It's not a workshop you watch and forget. It's five weeks of me in the room with your actual business one seat, one owner, one focused hour and a half a week where we stop talking about what you should do and actually build it.

This is implementation, not information. You already have enough information. What you've been missing is someone in the trenches with you pushing, correcting, holding you to it, and making sure the plan doesn't die in a notebook the way every other plan has.

So we go where it actually hurts: your operations, your pricing, your compliance, your brand, your growth. You do the work between our sessions. I hold you accountable to it. And you walk away with a documented plan you can actually run not a folder of notes, a real one.

Five weeks. One-on-one. Built to change how your business runs, not just how you think about it.

WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH
About
The first thing you should know about me, I didn't learn this in nursing school. I learned what I'm teaching you by actually running the business. And I've been exactly where
You're standing.
I built Elite Infusion IV Hydration in 2019 back when this whole thing barely existed. I started as a concierge nurse, showing up at people's doors, knocking on wellness spaces that didn't offer anything like it, trying to build something the world wasn't sure it wanted yet. There was no blueprint. Plenty of people didn't get it. And I had to keep moving anyway through the doubt, through the no's, through the nights I wasn't sure I'd made the right call.

I grew it into a brick-and-mortar. And then I made the hardest decision I'd made yet: I closed those doors. Not because it failed because I'd boxed myself in. I'd built something bigger than one space could hold, and staying put was keeping it small. So I let the location go, and I brought Elite Infusion back to luxury concierge, on my own terms, out of obedience, and honestly not knowing how it would land. That decision cracked everything open.
It showed me the business was never meant to live in one room and along the way, I made decisions that cost me.... some mine to own, some I had to carry even though they had nothing to do with me. That's the part nobody warns you about: the messy middle, where you're learning in real time and there's no manual for what you're going through.
So when I teach you, I'm not handing you theory I read in a book. I'm handing you what I lived the wins and the hard lessons both. Because a lot of what I learned, I learned the hard way: trying to hold every piece of the business myself, thinking control was the same as protection. It's not.
And that's exactly why I built this table.
Because I've felt the weight of carrying it all — and I've felt the freedom of finally setting it down. I know what it costs to hold on to everything, and I know the reward waiting on the other side of letting go: a business that feeds you while you feed everybody else. That's the shift. That's the seat.
I'm not teaching you from some finished mountaintop. I'm a few steps ahead on the same road, turning around to reach a hand back because I didn't come this far to climb alone. I came to send the elevator down.
You were given more than a license. You were given a business and a business is meant to feed people. Your family. Your team. Your community. And you. But that only works when you stop trying to hold every piece yourself, and let it carry you for once.
You were meant to sit at the head of your own table. Not run yourself down by serving everybody,
That's the seat I'm here to help you take.

Take your seat.
Head of the Table is application-based. I take a limited number of clients each round so I can go all the way in with each one. If you've launched and you're ready to stop running the kitchen and start running the business — apply, and I'll personally review it to make sure we're the right fit.
