Cancellation Policy

BEYOND THE BEDSIDE — GROUP MENTORSHIP POLICY By enrolling in the Beyond the Bedside Group Mentorship you agree to the following terms. Investment and Refunds All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. Please ensure you are fully committed before enrolling. If you have questions before purchasing email itsnurseparker@gmail.com. Cancellations and Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session will forfeit that session with no makeup option. To reschedule email itsnurseparker@gmail.com with your request. No Show Policy If you do not show up to a scheduled session without prior notice that session is forfeited. There are no makeup sessions for no shows. The Zoom room will be held open for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. After 5 minutes the session begins without you. Recording All group sessions are recorded. Recordings are sent to enrolled students via email after each session for personal reference only. Recordings may not be shared, redistributed, or published in any form. By enrolling you consent to being recorded during group sessions. Confidentiality What is shared in this room stays in this room. All students are expected to maintain full confidentiality regarding the personal and business information shared by other participants during group sessions. A confidentiality agreement will be sent to all enrolled students prior to Session 1 and must be signed before joining the first call. Email Support You will receive a follow up email after each session containing resources, action items, and next steps. Email support runs through the duration of the 3 session program only. After Session 3 is complete email support concludes. Session Access Sessions are held live on Zoom. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a working camera, and a quiet environment. Cameras on is expected for all sessions.
