There are no refunds, no cancellations, and no transfers permitted under any circumstance. Once your payment is processed, your seat is secured and all materials, access, and resources are considered delivered. Please ensure that you are fully committed before enrolling, as this policy is non-negotiable. If you are using a third-party payment provider (such as PayPal Pay Later, Klarna, or Afterpay), you are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments per the provider’s terms, regardless of attendance. Any disputes must be handled directly with the payment provider. By registering for the Concept2Creation class, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy in full.
