Hey, I'm Shavon
I'm Shavon Parker founder of Elite Infusion IV Hydration, Parker
Enterprise, and CodeRed Healthcare Services. Over the years, I've built businesses rooted in healthcare, education,
systems, and strategy helping nurses and healthcare professionals step beyond the bedside and into ownership, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Through Elite Infusion IV Hydration, I've helped redefine what luxury wellness and IV hydration can look like. Through my consulting division under It's Nurse Parker and Parker Enterprise, I help IV hydration businesses build strong operational foundations through audits, infrastructure development, onboarding systems, compliance guidance, staff training, and strategic implementation.
I've helped several nurses launch and grow their own businesses, and I've trained hundreds through my Beyond the Stick IV Skills Lab, Concept2Creation IV Hydration Program, mentorship experiences, and business education platforms.
But beyond the businesses, the strategy, the launches, and the systems my foundation is faith. I don't move without God. And I don't build for women I can't genuinely pour into.
